Refund Policy

All website development fees are non-refundable once delivered. Payment covers time and labour regardless of future use.

Client Copyright 

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring they have rights to all logos, images, and content they provide.

The Client agrees to the use of their business' photos & videos to be used on the website.

Template & Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Gravitas Digital retains ownership of all underlying website templates, frameworks, design structures, and non-client-specific elements used in the creation of the website.

The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final website for their business purposes.

Gravitas Digital reserves the right to reuse, modify, and resell underlying design templates and structural components for other clients.

Liability

Gravitas Digital is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms including but not limited to Wix, Stripe, hosting providers, or domain registrars.

Metrics

Gravitas Digital does not guarantee or promise specific increases in traffic, revenue, rankings, or sales.
